Halloween is almost here!!! I am making some cookies tonight to start off my Halloween weekend!!

Howl

I saw Howl last night. I had no expectation really of what this movie was going to be like, but I ended up liking it so much. Its has a really interesting combination of animation incorporated into the dialogue which makes it really easy to follow. I didn't like James Franco, until I saw this movie.

Never Let Me Go

I saw this movie last night and fell in love. It was so visually stimulating and although unrealistic, the story is one of the most powerful love stories I've ever grasped. My heart melted, I bawled my eyes out, [congratulations to the patrons of Broadway Theater, you have yet again see me breakdown in a sad movie] and I thought about this movie all night long. Not to mention I have a deep obsession with Carrie Mulligan.
After the movie, I learned that this movie was based off of a Novel. I usually read books before the movie comes out, but I think that I might read this book even though I've seen the movie.


What can I say guys; I'm a serious sucker for love stories.

I haven't had a book hold my attention like this in quite a while. I finished it in 5 days. When I first heard about it, I didn't think it was going to be as good and suspenseful as it actually was. It grabbed my attention from the beginning of the story, which is something I really appreciate when I read. I definitely recommend this book to anyone questioning starting the trilogy.

This Halloween is going to be awesome! I'm really excited for this month because there isn't one weekend that I'll be bored. I LOVE October and I can't wait for all the excitement


I'm having second thoughts on my Halloween costume.
I am still going to be Catwoman, but the costume is going to be a bit different than my original thought/post. I want to get a fake leather leotard with a sweetheart shaped top and then I'd wear bright purple tights underneath it, and some black fishnets on top of those, with bright purple long gloves and black boots. I think that would make it look really cute and be pretty comic-booky as well. And I can get a whip and roll it up and keep it on my hip all night, then wear the mask I was planning on wearing. I just have to figure out my Witches Night Out costume now, and I'm good to go!
