Here's to hoping

2010 was by far the roughest year for me in the 24 [2 weeks!] I've known thus far

Job

I have no clue what I want to do, or what will make me happy. I think I want something where I can be on my feet all day and get a fair amount of exercise. Also a job that makes lots of money would be nice as well. I wonder how well I'd do at a serving job. I bartended/cocktailed at Ruth's Diner and that was one of my favorite jobs. Maybe I'll go for that. It's worth a shot right? Plus, who doesn't want a babe like me waiting on their every need?

This Christmas has been the best one in my [almost] 24 years of living. The best gift I've received were the memories I shared with my incredible boyfriend, his amazing son and both of our generous, loving families. This is a Christmas I can never forget. & I can't wait to spend tomorrow with more family and the best friends a girl could ask for!!

Its finally hit me

I think I'm ready to embrace the holiday spirit. Although things haven't really gone my way as of lately, I still have a lot to celebrate this season.
Bring on the ribbon, the jingle bells and the rummed up silk nog! This is going to be a really great year end.

Bangin'

I've been getting really sick of my hair for the past 2 months or so. I want to keep my long hair because I think that's what looks best, but I need something new. I tried the swoopy bangs and I feel like that's not a big enough change for me, and seeing as how I can't color it [because I have layers and layers of black dye it'd be wayyyyy to hard to lift] I would go with a bold fringe. I googled some pictures of girls with hair similar to mine that look good with bangs this is what I've come up with:

Megamind

I saw Megamind last night and it was srsly not what I expected at all. I'm one person that doesn't usually enjoy kids movies [yeah, yeah, yeah] but this one was so funny! I literally laughed the whole movie. Thanks a lot, Will Ferrell; I'm not as tough as I thought I was.

Mini cupcakes

On Saturday, TP got me this mini cupcake maker. This thing makes it SO easy to make cupcakes! I just made up the batter, put them in the little non-stick tins and close the press. The best thing about this is it bakes them in 5 minutes!
So Aiden and I made 2 plates of mini cupcakes [one batch of batter] and he decorated all of them. I never knew hanging out with an 8 year old would be so much fun!

In the last 2 months, I've understood this to be so true. <3 <3 <3

CATFISH

I saw this movie the other night and I'm not really sure what to think. I was definitely disappointed. I think all of the build up and the lead on with the trailer and the publicly hidden ending made it all too predictable, and anticlimactic. The beginning of the story was the sweetest thing, but towards the end, it was just sorry.

Last night I had a dream that I ran into you at the store, your hair was up and you looked so pretty. You started running toward me and when you got to where I could hear you, you said, "Alex, PLEASE can I borrow your deodorant?" I smiled and handed it to you and you walked away.

Winter creepin

I took this picture coming home from Jackson Hole yesterday. It's probably one of the prettiest drives I've ever been on, especially because its the time of year where the snow clouds are creeping in on the mountains and it was just lightly raining. I wouldn't have wanted to spend Halloween day with anyone but the 2 girls in the car, on such a beautiful drive.
